A very pathetic service of Specsaver Ilford, absolutely no care of customer, Unprofession entire staff inexperienced Opticians and if the customef is not satisfied using Delaying Tactis like book a Dispense Appointment and appoint time for Dispense is 2 weeks to one month, after dispense appointment they understand the matter and then rebbok you for another test, after that again will refer to GP for Eye Test from Hospital. Really Disappointed. No Refund Policy seems just using Delaying Tactics. The recent experience of 1st February 2020..
